Free Structured Parking
Armada
Hoffler Tower Parking Garage – Located on the
first 9 floors of Armada Hoffler Tower, this garage
has entry points from Town Center Drive and Central
Park Avenue. The North Elevator empties
on Town Center Drive and should be used when visiting
Hampton University, Men’s Wearhouse, Red Star Tavern,
Town Center Fitness, Hilton Garden Inn and One
Columbus Center. The South Elevator
leads directly to the tower lobby and out onto Central
Park Avenue and should be used to access tower offices
and such merchants as P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, California
Pizza Kitchen and The Cheesecake Factory. Visitors may
also use this garage when visiting the block with Town
Center Plaza, Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, Bravo! Cucina
Italiana, The Funny Bone Comedy Club and Ann Taylor
Loft.
Dick’s
Sporting Goods Parking Garage – This 5-story
garage is located adjacent to Dick’s Sporting Goods,
on the corner of Independence Boulevard and Columbus
Street.
The
Cosmopolitan Apartments Parking Garage – This
4-story garage provides spaces for apartment residents
as well as Town Center visitors. With entry points on
Town Center Drive and Columbus Street, guests will be
able to access future shops and restaurants on the same
block (such as Sunglass Hut, Vie de France and Origins),
as well as those surrounding Town Center Plaza and along
Main Street.
Free Surface Lot Parking
Block 11 Parking Lot
– Bordered by Columbus Street, Constitution Avenue,
Main Street and Town Center Drive, this parking lot
is free and offers quick access to Town Center Drive
and Main Street storefronts, including Red Star Tavern,
Town Center Fitness, Zushi and Stanley Adams Stationery.
Free On-Street Parking
Numerous on-street spaces are scattered throughout
The Town Center, providing front-door entry to a variety
of restaurants and stores. The spaces are free, however,
a two-hour time limit is imposed by the local police
department.
