The second annual Town Center Art & Wine “Festival at the Fountain” will feature over 30 of the area’s best up-and-coming artists. It will be held at The Town Center of Virginia Beach in the Fountain Plaza and along Main Street and Central Park Avenue. In addition to art, the festival also will feature an international wine tasting, live entertainment, and a spring fashion show.
