Celebrate Halloween in a uniquely scary way with the Virginia Symphony Orchestra! For this One-Night-Only event, Michael Shapiro conducts his all-new score as the Virginia Symphony Orchestra plays alongside a screening of the iconic 1931 film Frankenstein. The movie, starring Boris Karloff, will beprojected larger-than-life on the big screen above the live orchestra at the Sandler Center for the Performing Arts.
Tickets start at $20.

Taste of Town Center 5K Race pays tribute to military veterans of the Hampton Roads area. In addition, the Town Center Kiwanis Club raises tens of thousands of dollars for local children’s charities such as CHKD, Special Olympics, Seton Youth Shelters, and many more. Every Veteran’s Day week, hundreds of runners participate in our 5K Race. Additionally, kids 6 years and younger participate in our 100 – yard Tot Trot. The crown jewel of the event is the Taste of Town Center following the race. Many of the Town Center area restaurants provide samples of their excellent cuisine to the race participants and their families. This year the Taste of Town Center will be held at the Fountain Plaza in the heart of Town Center!

world! You may have even seen him kissing your mom! He's fat! He's jolly! He's Santa!!! And he's coming to town!
The Funny Bone is hosting its annual Breakfast with Santa!
Come celebrate the holidays with the man in red and the Funny Bone Crew!
Seating will begin at 9:30am! This event will last til 12:00pm
Breakfast service to include French toast sticks, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits,fruit, and juice or milk! Coffee, tea and soda will be available upon request.
Each child will go home with their very own photo with Santa, provided by Astro DJ's! And there will be lots of fun and family friendly entertainment! The PUSHERS, some of Hampton Roads best comedians will be on hand to play 'Who's Line is it Anyway' style improv games designed specifically for children. Audience participation is greatly encouraged. Children will be asked to give suggestions for scenes... as well as be in skits! We will also have a special visit from Mrs.Claus!
