The first Friday of each month, May – October, from 5 – 8 p.m., residents and visitors can stroll around the sidewalks of Town Center enjoying the fine wares of some of Hampton Roads best local artists, as well as painting demonstrations by Town Center's own Jones Family and entertainment on both the Fountain & Sandler Plazas.

A popular comedian turned actor who started his career on-stage as a dare, funnyman Eddie Griffin has built an ever-growing fan base since jumping onto the comedy scene in 1990. Roles in such films as The Last Boy Scout, Coneheads, and Jason's Lyric soon led to his own hit comedy series Malcolm and Eddie, for which role he was nominated and won the NAACP Image Award for Best Actor in a Comedy Series. Eddie most recently starred alongside Eddie Murphy in the hit feature Norbit. Eddie Griffin has conquered not only the stage, but the silver screen as well. Eddie has appeared in 47 films and numerous television shows.
