  • Information & Public Safety Desk

    The main information desk can be found in the ground-floor lobby of the Armada Hoffler Tower. We offer 24-hour professional security, whose members additionally serve as goodwill ambassadors to The Town Center. Members of the security team are trained in First Aid, use of Automatic Defibrillators and are CPR-certified. To contact, call 757.227.4054.

  • Town Center Management Office

    The Town Center Management Office is located off the ground-floor lobby in the Armada Hoffler Tower. To contact the management team, call 757.965.5452 or email TownCenterManagement@divaris.com.

  • Lost & Found

  • Public Restroom

    A public restroom may be found off the ground-floor lobby in the Armada Hoffler Tower.

  • Valet Parking

    Town Center offers a comprehensive valet parking service. Visitors can drop off and pick up their automobiles from different stand locations. A color-coded ticket system allows valets to detect which garage a particular vehicle was parked in. Valet stand locations for drop-off and pick-up are:

    • Commerce Street between Central Park Avenue and Market Street (along the Fountain Plaza)
    • Market Street at McCormick & Schmick's Seafood Restaurant
    • The Westin Hotel on Commerce Street

    The cost is $7 if visiting a participating restaurant, which includes Ruth's Chris Steak House, Sonoma Wine Bar & Bistro, McCormick & Schmick's Seafood Restaurant, Bravo! Cucina Italiana, and The Funny Bone Comedy Club and Restaurant. The non-validation rate is $10.

    Hours are 4:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday; on Friday through Sunday, one stand operates from 4:30 p.m. to midnight, and the second stand operates from 4:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. If patrons are ready to pick up their cars after the stands close, they can go to the Valet Office located at The Westin Hotel & Residences for service. This office is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

  • Free Parking

    Town Center offers more than 3,200 free parking spaces in four parking garages, a surface parking lot and on-street. All parking is free to the public; garages are open 24 hours a day while on-street parking is limited to two hours. Parking garages are located underneath:

    • Armada Hoffler Tower (entrances on Central Park Avenue and Town Center Drive)
    • Cosmopolitan Apartments (entrances on Columbus Street and Town Center Drive)
    • Westin Hotel & Residences (entrance on Market Street)
    • Dick's Sporting Goods (entrance on Market Street)

  • Wheelchair Assistance

    For your convenience, wheelchairs may be checked out, free of charge, from the Information & Public Safety desk for use while you visit Town Center. For more information, call 757.227.4054.

  • Getting Around Town Center

    While Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly complex, you may opt for a quicker mode of transportation as you shop, dine and enjoy the area. Seven Cities Rickshaws will pick you up and get you on time for your entertainment choice of the night. They know where the restaurants and hot spots are and can get you back to your car safely.   • ATMs/Banks

    TowneBank is located on the corner of Virginia Beach Boulevard and Constitution Drive and offers both inside banking services as well as an exterior ATM. An additional ATM can be found at One Columbus Center on the corner of Town Center Drive and Main Street.

    Additionally, SunTrust and BB&T Banks are both located directly across from Town Center on Virginia Beach Boulevard, and Wachovia Bank is located across from Town Center on the corner of Independence Boulevard and Columbus Street.

  • WiFi

  • U.S. Senator

  • Movies

    Two movie theaters are located across from Town Center, within walking distance. Regal Columbus 12 is located at 104 Constitution Drive, 757.490.8181. Regal Pembroke Mall Cinema 8 is located inside Pembroke Mall at 4554 Virginia Beach Boulevard, Suite 500, 757.671.7469.

  • Fountain Plaza

    The Fountain Plaza is centrally located within Town Center, bordering Bank Street, Central Park Avenue and Commerce Street. This plaza is free and open to the public, offering shaded benches and umbrella-covered tables and a spectacular fountain with the grand "Heron Trio" bronze sculpture. From May to September, visitors can enjoy musical entertainment on Thursday and Saturday evenings, and family entertainment on Sunday afternoons, all free of charge.

  • Sandler Center Plaza

    The Sandler Center Plaza is located between the Sandler Center and McCormick & Schmick's Seafood Restaurant. For additional information on outdoor performances or renting the plaza for an event, call 757.385.ARTS or visit www.sandlercenter.org.

  • Skateboarding

    Per ordinance by the City of Virginia Beach, skateboarding is prohibited in the Fountain Plaza, Sandler Center Plaza and inside all parking garages.
