We offer 24-hour professional security, whose members additionally serve as goodwill ambassadors to The Town Center. Town Center offers a comprehensive valet parking service. Visitors can drop off and pick up their automobiles from different stand locations. A color-coded ticket system allows valets to detect in which garage a particular vehicle was parked in. Valet stand locations for drop-off and pick-up are:
The cost is $7 if visiting a participating restaurant, which includes Ruth's Chris Steak House, Sonoma Wine Bar & Bistro, McCormick & Schmick's Seafood Restaurant, Bravo! Cucina Italiana, and The Funny Bone Comedy Club and Restaurant. The non-validation rate is $10.
Hours are 4:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday; on Friday through Sunday, one stand operates from 4:30 p.m. to midnight, and the second stand operates from 4:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. If patrons are ready to pick up their cars after the stands close, they can go to the Valet Office located at The Westin Hotel & Residences for service. This office is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Town Center offers more than 4,000 free parking spaces in four parking garages, two surface lots and on-street parking. While Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly complex, you may opt for a quicker mode of transportation as you shop, dine and enjoy the area. Seven Cities Rickshaws will pick you up and get you on time for your entertainment choice of the night. They know where the restaurants and hot spots are and can get you back to your car safely. TowneBank is located on the corner of Virginia Beach Boulevard and Constitution Drive and offers both inside banking services as well as an exterior ATM. Additional ATMs can be found at One Columbus Center, Simply Fresh and on the corner of Town Center Drive and Main Street.
Additionally, SunTrust and BB&T Banks are both located directly across from Town Center on Virginia Beach Boulevard, and Wachovia Bank is located across from Town Center on the corner of Independence Boulevard and Columbus Street.

The Fountain Plaza is centrally located within Town Center, bordering Bank Street, Central Park Avenue and Commerce Street. This plaza is free and open to the public, offering shaded benches and umbrella-covered tables and a spectacular fountain with the grand "Heron Trio" bronze sculpture. From May to September, visitors can enjoy musical entertainment on certain Thursday and Saturday evenings, and family entertainment on certain Sunday afternoons, all free of charge. Per ordinance by the City of Virginia Beach, skateboarding and bicycling is prohibited in the Fountain Plaza, Sandler Center Plaza and inside all parking garages.
